Our mission is to make healthcare screening accessible, portable, and scalable for underserved populations.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead CSR fundraising, NGO partnerships, and institutional sales in Odisha. The role will be responsible for generating revenue through CSR-funded healthcare programs, building long-term partnerships with NGOs and foundations, and driving deployment of EzeRx products in community and public-health projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCSR & Corporate Engagement- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with CSR heads, sustainability teams, and foundations of corporates and PSUs operating in Odisha - Conceptualize, prepare, and present CSR proposals aligned with Schedule VII (health, nutrition, women & child health, adolescent health, tribal health) - Drive end-to-end CSR deal closure—from proposal to sanction to execution coordinationNGO & Partner Development- Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, trusts, and implementation agencies for healthcare programs - Enable NGO partners to adopt and deploy EzeRx products in field programs - Coordinate joint proposals with NGOs for CSR and government-supported projectsSales & Revenue Ownership- Drive sales of EzeRx products and solutions through CSR, NGO, and institutional channels - Own state-level pipeline, forecasts, closures, and collections for assigned accounts - Convert pilot deployments into long-term, repeat CSR programsStakeholder & Field Coordination- Liaise with district administration, health officials, and program managers when required - Support on-ground execution, monitoring, and reporting of CSR projects - Represent EzeRx at meetings, reviews, and field visits across OdishaCandidate ProfileExperience- 5–10 years of experience in CSR programs, NGO partnerships, social sector fundraising, public-health projects, or institutional healthcare sales - Prior experience working with corporate CSR teams, foundations, NGOs, or government health programs - Proven track record of closing CSR-funded or institutionally funded projectsSkills & Knowledge- Strong understanding of CSR Act, Schedule VII, proposal cycles, and impact reporting - Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills - Ability to work independently in a field-intensive role - Comfortable with frequent travel across districts in OdishaPreferred Background- Healthcare, MedTech, diagnostics, public health, or development sector - Existing network with PSUs, large corporates, NGOs, or district administrations in OdishaWhat We Offer- High-ownership role with direct impact on public-health outcomes - Opportunity to lead CSR and NGO revenue for an entire state - Competitive fixed compensation with performance-linked incentives - Strong product credibility backed by clinical validation and government deploymentsHow to ApplyInterested candidates may send their profile to partha@
