Join us to scale a purpose-led brand with heart and rigour.What You’ll Do- Work with Founders to shape brand strategy: positioning, segmentation, insights, pricing and personas. - Own brand identity, voice and consistency across digital, social, PR and partnerships. - Help the team drive high-impact campaigns, content, community and ROI-based initiatives. - Lead research, analytics, budgeting, KPIs and performance tracking. - Partner with leadership, sales, ops and agencies to fuel growth.What We’re Looking For- PG in Marketing/Business with 5+ years in brand leadership (B2C preferred). - Expertise in positioning, analytics, digital tools and brand custodianship. - Strong storytelling, leadership and stakeholder skills; passion for eldercare impact. - Self-starter comfortable with autonomy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.LocationGurgaonApplyReady to build something that truly matters?
