The Opportunity:- We are building a long-term venture franchise in India and we’re looking for a General Partner to lead it with conviction. - This is not a satellite role or a caretaker mandate. You will own India end-to-end: the thesis, the relationships, the investments, and the outcomes. You will be trusted to think independently, move decisively, and build something enduring for founders and LPs alike. - We are a global venture platform with patient capital and high standards. India is a core pillar of our future, and this role is for someone who wants to shape the future, not just participate in it.What You’ll Own:- Full India mandate: Build and run India operations across investing, fund execution, and portfolio engagement - End-to-end investing: Source proprietary opportunities, lead deep diligence, drive IC conviction, execute decisively, and stay close through value creation - Founder-first network building: Earn trust with exceptional founders, operators, and ecosystem leaders not through volume, but through signal - Operator-led value creation: Act as a true partner to portfolio companies hands-on when needed, invisible when not - Data with judgment: Use metrics, models, and pattern recognition to inform decisions, while knowing when to lean on instinct - Relentless outcomes: Treat capital like it’s your own; move with urgency, accountability, and ownershipWho You Are:- A high-conviction investor with a real track record not just activity, but outcomes - Deeply networked in the startup ecosystem, with the ability to create proprietary deal flow - Exceptionally strong with numbers, unit economics, and financial models - An operator at heart someone who has built, scaled, or run businesses, not just studied them - Experience in gaming or interactive entertainment is a strong plus, but not a requirement - Comfortable making hard calls with incomplete information and standing by themHow You Show Up:- Execution-first, not consensus-driven - High ownership, high intensity, high integrity - Resilient in downturns, calm in chaos, decisive under pressure - Motivated by building something meaningful, not just a titleWhy This Role Matters:- India is entering a defining decade for technology, media, and interactive experiences.
