Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Delhi/Pune/MumbaiExperience: 3+Start Date: Immediate joiners preferredAbout the Role:We are seeking a Copilot Studio Developer who can design, build, and operationalize intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform ecosystem. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in conversation design, custom actions, plugins, Power Automate flows, secure integrations, and enterprise-grade deployment practices.The ideal candidate will combine product-thinking, technical capability, and a strong understanding of conversational AI to deliver scalable and intuitive copilots for complex business scenarios.Key Responsibilities:Copilot Development & Design- Design and develop Copilot Studio solutions, including topics, conversation flows, actions, and plugins. - Build reusable Copilot skills to standardize logic across multiple Copilots and enterprise use cases. - Configure authentication, authorization, and environment settings to ensure secure deployment.Integration & Extensibility- Integrate Copilot with Power Platform components such as: - Power Automate for backend orchestration - Dataverse / SharePoint for structured data storage - Other integration services and APIs as required - Implement Copilot extensibility using: - Custom connectors - External plugin development - API-based actions - Adaptive cards for enriched user interactionEngineering & Delivery- Translate business and functional requirements into conversational experiences and automated workflows. - Conduct solution testing, UAT coordination, and production deployments using ALM best practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power Platform CLI). - Monitor copilot performance through analytics, telemetry, and feedback loops; drive continuous optimization. - Maintain technical documentation, solution architecture notes, user guides, and support materials.Required Qualifications:Technical Expertise- Minimum 3 years of experience across Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio). - Proven experience building copilots, including:- Topic authoring and conversation flow design- Custom actions and Power Automate integration- Plugin development for external systems- Authentication, roles, and environment governance- Strong understanding of Copilot lifecycle: design, build, train, deploy, monitor. - Experience with Dataverse schema design, security roles, and solution management.Preferred Exposure- Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and adaptive cards. - Understanding of prompt engineering, conversational NLU/NLP concepts, and agent orchestration. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Power Platform CLI.Who Will Succeed in This Role- A developer who is both technically strong and able to think like a product owner: Building copilots that offer measurable business value, respond intelligently to user context, and integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
