We're early-stage, hungry, and building something people actually love.The Role:Your job is simple but not easy: cold call travel agencies, build real relationships, and turn conversations into customers. This isn't about reading scripts. It's about understanding problems, asking good questions, and positioning our product as the obvious solution.What you'll do:- Make 40-50 cold calls per day to travel agencies and tour operators - Qualify leads and identify decision-makers - Build relationships with agency owners, trip leaders, and operations managers - Run discovery calls to uncover pain points around customer retention and referrals - Close deals or hand off qualified leads to the founder - Follow up relentlessly but thoughtfully - Track activity and results in a simple CRMWhat success looks like:- 10-15 meaningful conversations per day - 5-10 qualified demos/pitches per week - 3-5 new customers per month within 90 daysMust-haves:- 1-2+ years in sales, business development, or cold calling (B2B preferred) - Comfortable making 50+ calls a day without losing energy - Can handle rejection without taking it personally - Strong listener - you ask questions, not just talk - Fluent in English (written and spoken)Nice-to-haves:- Familiarity with the travel industry or worked in tours/tourism - You've done cold outreach that actually worked - You understand B2B partnerships or commission-based sales modelsWhat we offer:- Competitive base + aggressive commission structure - Work remotely (if applicable) or flexible hours - Direct access to the founder - your ideas matter - Ground floor opportunity - you'll shape how we sell - Real impact - your work directly grows the company
