Known as a trusted partner for hiring solutions, ARBEIT AI is dedicated to elevating hiring efficiency and candidate quality in these industries.What you will do• Convert company leads into active clients and achieve monthly sales targets.• Conduct daily field visits across Bangalore to meet retail, hospitality, and SME owners.• Present ARBEIT AI’s platform and clearly communicate the business value.• Onboard employers, assist them with job postings, and ensure successful usage.• Build strong relationships with HR managers, store owners, and decision-makers.• Track sales pipeline, submit daily reports, and update CRM tools.• Gather market insights and share feedback to improve product and sales strategyQualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. - Proven sales experience, preferably in recruitment, retail, or hospitality industries. - 1–2years of field sales or B2B sales experience - Skills in client engagement, negotiations, and closing deals. - Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a goal-driven approach to achieving targets. - Knowledge of the Indian Retail and Hospitality sector is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and meet aggressive conversion goals. - Self-motivated and able to thrive working independently in a remote environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
