The role involves overseeing and promoting academic sales activities, building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, and developing strategies to meet sales goals. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with educational stakeholders, contribute to curriculum development initiatives, and deliver timely reports to senior management. Additionally, responsibilities include market analysis, providing insights, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Education, or Management. - 3–6 years of experience in Academic Sales / Institutional Sales / EdTech / STEM products. - Strong understanding of K–12, higher education, and skill development ecosystems. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple institutional accounts. - Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and events. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.Qualifications- Proficiency in Educational Management and Curriculum Development - Strong Communication skills for liaising with educational institutions and clients - Sharp Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and market analysis - Background or experience in Education or training-focused roles - Proactive problem-solving abilities and leadership skills - A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications in Education or Sales are advantageous - Experience in academic sales or working with educational institutions is preferred - Passion for STEM learning and technological innovation is a plus
