Headquartered in Kolkata, the organization is known for its strong employee-centric culture and market leadership.NKlusive, the luxury and premium real estate vertical of NK Realtors, caters exclusively to HNI & UHNI clientele, offering bespoke services in high-end residential real estate.Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Luxury/Premium Segment to lead and scale the NKlusive Luxury Real Estate business in Bengaluru. This leadership role involves driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships within the luxury real estate ecosystem.Key Responsibilities- Head and grow the Luxury Real Estate business in Bengaluru for NKlusive. - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing luxury sales team. - Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution. - Monitor the complete sales lifecycle and ensure closure efficiency. - Conduct monthly sales reviews and report performance to the City Head. - Design and execute marketing and lead-generation strategies for HNI & UHNI clients. - Develop industry-wise market penetration strategies. - Monitor revenue collections and ensure timely realization. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business planning. - Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and elite clientele. - Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.Candidate Profile- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership/business development, (add on CP Firm, Automobile Sales) - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to perform in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. - Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. - MBA (Regular) preferred.
