Job Title: Quality Analyst - 1 Year Contractual Experience:3+ Years Location:Delhi (Onsite – Client Office) Working Model:Monday to Friday, working from client site office Company:SchbangAbout the Role Schbang is looking for aFunctional QA Executiveto support quality assurance activities for enterprise digital platforms built onAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) . This role focuses on validating content accuracy, functionality, and compliance before publishing, ensuring a high-quality end-user experience. You will work closely with content authors, senior QA members, and client stakeholders while operating onsite at the client office in Delhi.Key Responsibilities ● Performfunctional and content QA testing on AEM-authored pages ● Validate content against defined requirements, briefs, and checklists ● Test page functionality including links, images, forms, and downloads ● Verify correct usage of AEM components, templates, and page properties ● Check metadata, tags, SEO fields, and asset references ● Validate basic accessibility requirements (alt text, headings, link labels) ● Test content rendering across devices and supported browsers ● Verify workflow status (review, approval, publish) in AEM ● Log defects clearly and accurately, and support retesting after fixes ● Coordinate with content authors to resolve issues within timelines Required Skills &Qualifications ● 3+ years of experience inmanual QA or content QA roles ● Working knowledge ofAdobe Experience Manager (AEM – Sites) ● Understanding of CMS-based content lifecycle and publishing workflows ● Strong attention to detail and quality mindset ● Ability to follow structured QA checklists and processes ● Good communication and documentation skills ● Willingness to work onsite at theclient office in Delhi, Monday to FridayGood to Have ● Experience testing enterprise websites or CMS platforms ● Basic understanding of SEO and accessibility standards (WCAG) ● Familiarity with defect tracking tools ● Prior experience working in agency or client-facing environmentsWhat We’re Looking For ● A detail-oriented QA professional with strong execution skills ● Someone comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment ● A team player eager to learn and grow in AEM-based QA operationsThis role requires physical presence at the client site in Delhi and does not offer remote or hybrid working.
