We have started with our first step by launching Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (are looking for a dedicated Partner Network Manager for the South region. In this role, you will accelerate onboarding, strengthen AP relationships, and drive business activation through structured support, continuous engagement, and on-ground execution.Expected Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end onboarding of APs, ensuring all documentation, compliance, and formalities are completed smoothly and on time. Follow up consistently with APs to ensure timely submission of required documents. Conduct in-person visits to AP locations to provide handholding support and drive business activation. Execute business development initiatives to strengthen AP engagement, performance, and revenue opportunities. Address AP queries related to clients, processes, and operations in a timely and effective manner. Build strong relationships with APs, ensuring they receive the required support to operate efficiently and grow their business. Track onboarding and business performance metrics, taking proactive measures to improve outcomes.Expected Skills:4–10 years of total work experience in managing partner onboarding, field support, or business activation. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Excellent negotiation skills and a tenacious approach toward driving new business and achieving revenue targets. Strong interpersonal skills to build, maintain, and grow partner relationships. Ability to understand sales performance metrics and take effective actions to improve results. Result-oriented, collaborative mindset with strong client focus.
