The Admissions Counsellor will engage with prospective parents to provide guidance on the admissions process, assist in addressing inquiries, and ensure a seamless enrolment experience. Daily tasks include communicating timely and effectively with families, conducting school tours, managing admissions documentation, and collaborating with the school staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students.Qualifications- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills for engaging with parents and staff effectively - Background in education or familiarity with early childhood education is highly desirable - Experience in customer service and sales to provide an exceptional admissions experience - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and multitask efficiently - Passion for working with children and families in an educational setting - Proficiency in basic computer applications and relevant office tools
