This person will be responsible forGaudium IVF’s Pan-India digital growth and brand communicationacross various online channels.The candidate will beheading a team of Performance Marketers, Social Media Manager, Organic Growth Manager and Graphic DesignersThis role owns the complete digital charter —overseeing and strategisingeverything fromperformance marketing, SEO, and social mediatoidentifying new digital channels, platforms, and growth opportunities .Key Responsibilities Own and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business and growth goals. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team. Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, and emerging platforms. Optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates across the funnel. Oversee lead generation through PPC campaigns Enhance SEO and SMO activities Identify and pilot new digital growth opportunities such as influencer marketing, affiliates, marketplaces, automation tools, AI-led marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and emerging platforms.
