Job Title: Chartered AccountantLocation: Bengaluru, KarnatakaEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Coordinate with the Partner for work allocation, progress tracking, and timely completion of deliverables. - Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and adherence to agreed timelines. - Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement. - Act as a bridge between the senior team and the Partner to ensure smooth workflow and quality delivery. - Monitor and ensure achievement of targets and Key Result Areas (KRAs) across assigned mandates.Qualifications:- Chartered Accountant (Member of ICAI).Experience:- Post-qualification experience in a similar setup is preferred (experience other than articleship will be considered).ICAI Compliance:- The selected candidate will be registered as a Paid Assistant with the firm as per ICAI regulations and norms.Compensation:- Salary as per industry standards, with additional performance-based variable incentives.About Us:Abhijith Preman & Co.
