Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Performance - Achieve and exceed store sales, profitability, and KPI targets. - Implement strategies to drive footfall, conversion, and average transaction value. - Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. 2. Customer Experience - Ensure superior customer service standards are maintained at all times. - Handle escalated customer queries or complaints effectively. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. 3. Team Management - Recruit, train, and develop store staff in line with company policies. - Schedule and manage staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity. - Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional performance. 4. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards - Ensure store displays, product presentation, and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines. - Coordinate with the VM team for seasonal updates and promotions. 5. Inventory & Operations - Oversee stock management, including replenishment, shrinkage control, and stock audits. - Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory. - Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and operational policies. 6. Reporting & Coordination - Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Area or Regional Manager. - Coordinate with the HO and other departments (HR, VM, Marketing, Supply Chain) as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 48 years of experience in fashion or apparel retail (with at least 2 years in a managerial role). - Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. - Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business goals. - Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences. - Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
