Job Summary We are looking for a skilledData Engineerto design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics-ready datasets supporting freight, logistics, and supply chain operations. The role focuses onELT architecture ,dbt-driven transformations , andcloud data warehousing , enabling data-driven decision-making across operations, finance, and product teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalableELT data pipelinesfor logistics and supply chain data Build and managedbt models(staging, intermediate, and marts) for analytics and reporting Implementdata quality checks, testing, and documentationusing dbt Develop and optimizeSQL and Pythontransformations for large, complex datasets Work withcloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)to ensure performance and cost efficiency Orchestrate and monitor workflows usingApache Airflow Collaborate with analytics, product, and operations teams to define business metrics and KPIs Ensure best practices inversion control, CI/CD, and code reviews Troubleshoot data issues and ensure reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of data delivery Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or related field 4–8 yearsof experience inData Engineeringor similar roles Strong hands-on experience withdbt (Data Build Tool) Proficiency inSQLandPython Experience withcloud data warehouses , preferablySnowflake Working knowledge ofApache Airflowor similar orchestration tools Understanding ofELT architecturesand analytics engineering best practices Experience working withhigh-volume datain logistics, supply chain, or freight domains Good to Have Exposure to real-time or streaming data pipelines Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Domain knowledge offreight operations, shipment tracking, ETA, cost optimization , orinventory analytics What We Offer Opportunity to work onlarge-scale, business-critical data systems Collaborative and fast-paced work environment Career growth in a domain-driven data engineering role Competitive compensation and benefits
