About OneMetric :OneMetric is a RevOps-focused HubSpot Solutions Partner helping global businesses scale through CRM implementations, migrations, integrations, and GTM automation. We are expanding our partnership motion and looking for a driven AE – Channel Partnerships professional to take it up.Role Overview :You will be the primary relationship owner for AEs & Growth Specialists, driving co-selling, enabling the teams on our capabilities, and generating AE-led revenue. This role blends partnership management, sales enablement, solutioning, and pipeline ownership.What You’ll Do:1. Manage & Enable AE Relationships- Build relationships with AEs, CSMs, SCs. - Educate them on OneMetric’s solutions: CRM builds, migrations, integrations. - Create sales enablement material one-pagers, decks, playbooks, demo videos.2. Co-Sell with partners- Join AE calls, support discovery, handle technical/solutioning questions. - Deliver tailored demos and draft scopes/proposals. - Help accelerate deals and de-risk objections.3. Own AE-Driven Pipeline- Track AE-sourced leads with full visibility. - Hit quarterly targets for partner-influenced revenue. - Share deal feedback and success stories to strengthen relationships.4. Internal Collaboration- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery & Marketing on proposals and campaigns. - Share AE insights to improve vertical messaging and offers.What You Bring- 2–5 years in B2B SaaS, CRM, partnerships/sales roles. - Strong relationship-building skills. - Ability to solution use cases (RevOps, workflows, integrations). - Excellent communication & presentation skills. - Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning a revenue motion.Location: Gurgaon
