The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP). - Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions. - Prepare and present periodic progress reports and dashboards to senior management. - Analyze resource allocation and optimize utilization for timely project completion. - Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices. - Support risk management by identifying potential schedule risks and mitigation plans.Required Skills & Qualifications- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field. - Experience: 6–12 years in planning and scheduling for building construction projects. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) – mandatory. - Knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred). - Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and resource planning. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Attributes- Experience in large-scale residential or commercial building projects. - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
