Job Title: MEP Quantity Surveyor – Project Management (Construction)Location: Lucknow, Uttar PradeshProject: IT Campus ConstructionExperience: 6–12 yearsEmployment Type: Full-time|Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our Project Management team for the construction of an IT Campus in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP works. - Review and validate contractor bills, BOQs, and variations. - Monitor project budgets and control costs to avoid overruns. - Assist in tendering process, including preparation of bid documents and evaluation. - Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with specifications. - Maintain accurate records of measurements, valuations, and progress reports. - Support risk analysis and provide cost-related advice to stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience. - Experience: 6–12 years in MEP quantity surveying for large-scale construction projects. - Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes. - Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software (e.g., Candy, CostX). - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Preferred Attributes- Experience in IT campus or commercial building projects. - Familiarity with contract management (FIDIC or similar). - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
