Key Responsibilities Define the product roadmap for the Insurance Claim Inspection & Field Investigation platform. Convert fragmented insurance SOPs into a templatized, digital, rules-driven workflow engine. Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual decision-making in claim inspections. Build dynamic checklists, inspection templates, rule engines, escalation logic, and configurable workflows. Enable inspection formats for property, motor, health, travel, and specialized categories. Design fraud-prevention flows (geo-fencing, timestamping, image/video validations Build dynamic checklists, inspection templates, rule engines, escalation logic, and configurable workflows. Experience working withclaims systems, policy admin systems, CRM, and digital health platforms . Proficiency in writing BRDs, wireframes, workflows, and use cases. Ability to translate business problems into tech requirements. Strong team management abilities.Technical/Functional Proficiency Required Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Good Team Player.Educational Qualifications MBA/PGDM in Insurance, Finance, Operations, or related field (preferred). 8+ years of experience in product development and team handling, specifically in Insurance TPA. Experience in the BFSI domain is a significant plus.
