Job Title: Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) – Growth & Astrologer Success (South India) Location: Noida, UP Experience: 1-5 years Joining: Immediate Mode: Work From Office Reporting to: Director - AstroGrowthRole Overview- We are looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) who can OWN the South India astrologer ecosystem end-to-end.This is not a typical Growth Analyst role—this is a business ownership role. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the entire South India astrologer segment on InstaAstro, ensuring growth in revenue, daily engagement, service quality, and long-term astrologer success.You will operate like the CEO of this region, driving growth, retention, product improvements, and operational excellence with complete autonomy and accountability.Key Responsibilities -1. Business Ownership & P&L Thinking - Build and execute a complete growth strategy for the South India astrologer segment. Own the segment’s revenue, quality metrics, engagement numbers, and performance KPIs. Analyze trends, identify gaps, and launch initiatives to improve call/chat volume, repeat users, and astrologer earnings. Drive growth experiments, track results, and scale successful initiatives.2. Astrologer Success & Community Building - Increase daily active astrologers, drive higher availability, and improve their service KPIs. Act as a mentor, performance coach, and strategic partner for every astrologer in the region. Train astrologers in - Customer engagement & retention Ethical consultation standards Building loyal user relationships Increasing conversion & repeat rates Build a strong, trustworthy communication loop with astrologers to ensure long-term loyalty andstability.3. Product Strategy & Feature Leadership - Be the voice of South India astrologers inside the product team. Collect insights, identify feature gaps, and translate them into actionable product improvements. Work with Product, Tech, and Design teams to build. Better astrologer dashboards Performance trackers New features that enhance call, chat, and live capabilities Prepare clear PRDs, test new builds, and ensure smooth rollout of features.4. 360° Operational Excellence - Resolve issues around onboarding, payments, app usage, and performance blockers. Ensure astrologers get a seamless, friction-free operational experience. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (support, finance, QA, and tech) to ensure strong ecosystem health.Skills Required - Strong command over at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada). High ownership mindset with the ability to run a segment independently. Strong analytical skills (Excel, reporting, dashboards). Experience working with product, growth, or operations teams. Problem-solving ability and a founder-like approach. Great communication and relationship-building skills.Good to Have - Understanding of the astrology industry.
