Position: Junior ArchitectJob Location: Mumbai (Chembur)Qualification: Bachelors Degree in ArchitectureJob Responsibilities: · Attend all key project meetings, to communicate and coordinate with the client teams, representatives & engineers, as directed by the project manager and seniors. · Analyse architectural designs and plans, will require to prepare building sections, elevation options, schedules and other design documents required for each phase of a project and seniors. · Contribution will require in concept design, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation, mood boards in consultation with seniors. · Coordinate the interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team and ensures effective transfer of information between the two. · Assist in research and coordination of materials and products, as per project’s amenity and specifications.Requirements: · Good presentation and communication skills. · Having an eye for details and Highly creative individual · Good analytical, problem-solving and project management skills · Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions. · Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
