Known for its exceptional amenities, strategic locations, and thoughtfully designed living spaces, Mirchandani Group creates unparalleled living experiences.Project DescriptionWe are currently executing a flagship redevelopment project in Bandra West, with a strong emphasis on planning discipline, quality execution, and predictable delivery.The organization is actively adopting lean construction principles and technology-led site management to move away from reactive, firefighting-style execution.Role DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will work directly under the General Manager – Projects, supporting planning, execution, and team coordination on site. This role is for someone who can combine planning-engineer thinking with execution and quality control.Key responsibilities include:- Driving look-ahead planning (2-week / 4-week) aligned with master schedules - Tracking progress vs plan and proactively highlighting risks and constraints - Overseeing execution of assigned work fronts to ensure quality and timeliness - Ensuring works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and specifications - Coordinating with consultants (Architect, Structural, MEP) for drawings and clarifications - Guiding and supervising junior engineers and site staff - Supporting pull-planning, sequencing, and productivity improvement initiatives - Using digital tools for planning, reporting, documentation, and dashboardsQualifications & Ideal Profile- Minimum 8+ years of experience in residential or mixed-use construction projects - Strong understanding of RCC works, finishes, site coordination, and quality systems - Exposure to lean construction, pull planning, or structured scheduling - Comfortable working with Excel, MS Project / Primavera, BIM viewers, or site-tech tools - Ability to guide, mentor, and lead junior engineers - Hands-on, process-oriented, and accountable - Looking for long-term growth within a developer-led organization
