We undertake ‘Design & Build’ projects in association with SWBI Architects-an Interior & Architecture Design Firm.Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Design Leader proficient in working drawings and coordination, capable of supporting client interactions and site requirements.Key Responsibilities:1.Prepare layouts & complete working drawing sets2.Support concept development & senior presentations3.Coordinate with MEP teams, vendors & site teams4.Conduct site visits & resolve drawing-related queries5.Maintain document standards, accuracy & revision logsKey Requirements* Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design* 1-5 years’ experience in corporate interiors* Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp preferred)* Strong detailing & material understanding* Good communication & coordination skills
