In this role, you will be responsible for driving the need-based sales of insurance products to our customers and working closely with our Wealth RMs to grow our insurance product portfolio.Role & Responsibilities :- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the distribution and sales of insurance products - Collaborate with Wealth Managers to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing ones - Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop and launch innovative insurance products - Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and ensure hassle free Login & issuance journey - Train and support distribution Wealth Managers on our insurance product offerings and sales processes. - Work closely with the marketing/Strategy team to develop and execute campaigns to promote our insurance products - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to Management/ backend TeamExperience – Minimum 10 to 12 years of work experience in Life Insurance Sales or Insurance Vertical in Wealth Management Firm.
