We work with leading CRM platforms and RevOps tools to deliver measurable impact across client sales and marketing ecosystems.About the role:We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Development & Client Success Specialist who can contribute to pipeline generation and early client success. This role combines outbound prospecting, pre-sales qualification, documentation, onboarding, and client relationship management—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced RevTech/CRM-led environment and enjoys both sales and operational ownership.Key Responsibilities :Prospecting & Lead Generation- Build and nurture a micro-pipeline through LinkedIn, outbound emails, and social engagement. - Research accounts, identify ICP fit, and validate SDR-level intel before outreach.Discovery & Qualification- Conduct initial discovery/qualification calls or co-own calls with Account Executives. - Prepare detailed MoMs, document next steps, and ensure timely follow-ups.Sales Coordination- Support AEs with pre-sales research, basic scoping, and pricing intel. - Maintain familiarity with all sales collateral: decks, offerings, case studies, and pricing sheets.Post Sales and Documentation- Own proposals, NDAs, contracts (PandaDoc/Upwork), and payment workflows (Stripe, wire, Upwork). - Set up Slack channels, introduce internal teams, and prepare sales-to-implementation handoff docs.Onboarding and Early Client Success- Coordinate client onboarding: HubSpot access, kick-off scheduling, and implementation readiness. - Monitor client engagement in the first 30 days and proactively address risks (e.g., ghosting or unclear expectations).Cross Functional Collaboration- Work with SDRs, AEs, Implementation, and Leadership to maintain pipeline health and project momentum. - Identify opportunities for cross-sells/additional service lines such as Demand Gen, PPC, or Outbound.Desired Qualities- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - High attention to detail and process-first mindset - Proactive and resourceful problem solver - Comfortable with both outbound sales and client-facing responsibilities - Team player with a customer-first approach - Balanced hunter + farmer mentality
