You won’t just write code; you will solve complex business problems, mentor junior developers, and evolve into a Tech Lead who owns systems and outcomes.What You’ll Build (The Mission)You will build high-leverage tools used by 100+ internal teammates and thousands of creators.- Core Products: Influencer discovery platforms, campaign automation tools, and Creator Web/Mobile Apps. - Business Intelligence: Ad performance dashboards and BI layers. - Integrations: Invoice sync engines (Zoho Books ↔️ Sheets ↔️ Looker) and deeply integrated API workflows (Meta, Google, Pipedrive). - AI & Automation: Internal tools powered by LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini) and low-code orchestration (n8n, Make).Your Responsibilities- End-to-End Development: Architect and ship features across the frontend (React) and backend (Node.js & Python). - Technical Ownership: Manage deployments (AWS/Netlify), set up CI/CD flows, and ensure platform uptime. - System Logic: Build stable, scalable integrations with external APIs (Social Platforms & CRMs). - Team Leadership: This is a "Lead as you Grow" role. You will guide 2–3 junior developers (code reviews, mentorship) and help shape the future engineering culture.The Tech StackWe use the best tool for the job. You should be comfortable with:- Core: React, Node.js, Python. - Infrastructure/DB: Supabase, AWS, Netlify. - Automation/AI: n8n, , OpenAI/Gemini APIs.Who You Are- Experience: 2–5 years of solid full-stack development. - Problem Solver: You use first-principles thinking to solve problems, not just Stack Overflow hacks. - Speed + Quality: You move fast but build stable systems.
