A - JOB PROFILE:(1) Should have experience of process engineering basics and calculations.(2) Should have experience on conducting the hazop/ risk assessment.(3) Should have experience of Green-field Project basic and detailed engineering activities and also pre-commissioning and start-up activities.(4) Should have experience of production experience which is an added advantage. (Not as pure operator but someone who has experience as an engineer responsible for optimization/ process improvements etc.)A - 1 JOB CONTENT:- Will have to work closely with R&D during lab trials and design the what-if studies. - Should work closely with of pilot team and related product trials. - Should be able to design and implement process control and process safety strategies for batch processes. - Will have to scale-up lab/ pilot process to commercial plant. Will be responsible for preparation of final technical packages. - Will have to be drive PRA/HAZOP for the new products/ processes/ changes. - Should be able to write control logics/ sequences for PLC/ DCS. - Will have to be part of pre-commissioning to ensure the plant setup meets the process requirements. - Responsible for validation/ commissioning batches (to achieve the defined BCT, yields, quality and safety performance defined for the project) till the product is handed over to production teams. - Will have to work closely with Production teams to improve HSEQ and process efficiencies – continuous improvements.A - 2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for the process engineering and process safety (hazop) related activities. - Responsible for preparation of P&ID, PFD, Heat & Mass balance, equipment mapping, utility & waste calculation & costing of the product. - Responsible to work closely with R&D & kilo lab during trials. - Responsible to work closely with pilot team during tech transfer from the KILO/ R&D lab. - Responsible for process safety review, Hazop of the process before starting batches in pilot/ in commercial - Responsible to monitoring the batches during the pilot trials, pilot learning and preparation for pilot report. - Responsible for the tech transfer from pilot plant to commercial plant. - Responsible for smooth commissioning of initial batches in commercial plant. - Responsible for the continuous improvement of product yield, quality, RM norms etc.,B - Qualification:MTech/M.E/ B.Tech / B.E Chemical EngineeringB - 1 Essential Skills:- 4 - 8 years of experience of working/ managing Process Engineering & Process safety - Process Engineering & process automation - Process safety/ Hazop - Hazop/ process risk assessment and identification - Batch/ MPB Plant operating experience - Good DocumentationWork location: Chemplast Sanmar Limited#44, Theertham Road, Berigai – 6351105Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri DistrictTamilnadu.Interested people can share your resume to stk3@
