This role requires strong coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency across all financial processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Client ReconciliationConduct monthly Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations with top 3 clients; handle other clients as needed. Ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.2. Sales & Transaction ReconciliationReconcile sales reports shared by clients and Pine Labs to identify and resolve variances. Highlight key issues and work with internal teams for corrective action.3. Cross-Functional CoordinationServe as a bridge between the Finance and Business teams to ensure both books are always aligned — including invoices, payments, and adjustments.4. Payment ManagementUpdate client payment records in the books daily. Follow up with credit-line merchants to ensure timely payments and maintain collection discipline.5. Invoicing & DocumentationPrepare and issue accurate monthly invoices for internal orders. Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit requirements.6. Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly P&L statements and update financial dashboards.
