Job Description

We’re looking for a copywriter who understands retention marketing and the power of simple, high-converting communication. If you can turn insights into clicks, and clicks into repeat customers, you’ll fit right in.What You’ll DoRetention & CRM- Write high-performing copy for email, WhatsApp, and app notifications. - Craft lifecycle flows that improve repeat purchases, reduce churn, and drive long-term loyalty. - Continuously optimize messaging using A/B tests, performance insights, and behavioural triggers. - Develop clear, concise, value-driven copy for cohorts across different stages of the customer journey. - Write copy tailored for Tier 2 & Tier 3 audiences, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and cultural relevance while maintaining brand voice.Sales & Performance- Create compelling, conversion-focused copy for sale campaigns, offers, and launches. - Collaborate with performance marketing team to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS - Craft persuasive product messaging that highlights USPs without the fluff.Marketplace- Write high-conversion copy for Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other marketplaces. - Optimize marketplace copy using keyword insights and platform-specific best practices. - Collaborate with marketplace teams to expand into new markets and adapt communication for wider audiences.Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with design, CRM, performance, and product teams to build cohesive campaigns. - Maintain brand voice while adapting tone to different channels and customer intents.What We’re Looking For- 3–4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or a fast-paced consumer brand. - Strong grasp of retention metrics, sales funnels, and customer psychology. - Ability to simplify complex ideas into crisp, persuasive communication. - Experience writing for email, WhatsApp, notification, and high-intent landing pages. - Comfort working with data to refine messaging and improve outcomes. - Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and an instinct for what drives action.
