We’re Hiring! – Engineering Manager ||Bangalore || Global Banking GCCAbout Role:As a Engineering Manager, you will provide both technical leadership and people leadership.Your role will involve:- Guiding engineering strategy and standards - Coaching, mentoring, and elevating engineering talent - Contributing to technology roadmaps and architectural discussions - Ensuring high-quality engineering delivery - Fostering an inclusive, collaborative, high-performance cultureKey Responsibilities- Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams (Software, Quality, Platform, etc.) - Coach and uplift engineers by driving best practices - Establish and communicate engineering standards aligned with global best practice - Promote open communication and a safe, inclusive team environment - Drive delivery excellence for mission-critical production systems - Encourage innovation, constructive challenge, and diverse perspectives - Advocate for modern technology approaches and new ways of working - Lead the Quality strategy with a Shift-Left mindset - Promote DevSecOps and drive its adoption - Troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-component technical issuesWhat You’ll Bring- 15+ years of full-stack engineering experience - Strong technical foundation with proven experience leading engineering teams - Hands-on expertise with C#, .NET 6, Node.js, Web APIs, Kafka - Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Aurora DB - JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React, Next.js - Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud engineering - Experience with AWS/Azure and cloud-native capabilities (preferred) - Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Observability, and SDLC - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical architectures - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / information technologyTo know more about the role, please feel free to reach out to us at cv@
