This role focuses on executing deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and providing frontline support to ensure stability and performance of critical platforms. This role would provide weekend support during application deployments and changes.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline Execution & Deployment- Run and monitor CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure changes. - Validate deployment success and troubleshoot failures.Incident Response & Resolution- Act as first responder for alerts and incidents. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.System Monitoring- Use tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Grafana to monitor health and performance. - Proactively identify anomalies and escalate as needed.Operational Maintenance- Apply patches, configuration updates, and scheduled maintenance tasks. - Maintain documentation for operational procedures.Collaboration- Work closely with L3 engineers and developers for complex issue resolution. - Communicate status updates and incident reports to stakeholders.Required Skills- 6-12 years of experience in Technical Operations. - Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows administration. - Familiarity with container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker). - Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.). - Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting. - Ability to analyze logs and metrics for problem resolution.Preferred Skills- Exposure to cloud environments (OCI, Azure, AWS). - Basic scripting (Bash, Python) for automation. - Knowledge of observability tools (Dynatrace, ELK stack).Soft Skills- Strong communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work under pressure during incidents. - Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
