We anticipate that in the next few years, hundreds of millions of individuals will have their DNA sequenced, and invite you to join us in this transformative journey.About the PositionThe Executive – International Sales position will be a key member of our team in expanding our presence and driving sales in international markets. This role will work with Sales, Channel partners and other key stakeholders.Key Accountabilities:● Coordinate with logistics for ensuring timely delivery of samples● Register of samples received from various countries.● Coordinate with channel partners & other stake holders to collect the clinical information &any other data missing in the Test Request Forms.● Proactively follow-up on reports to ensure their timely release; track cases and communicatethe status to channel partners, ensure timely response to queries● Be a vital overall bridge between the channel partners & the logistics/support/accession teamfor matters related to samples, reports etcQualifications & Skills Required● 2 years experience in client sales/account management or support functions● Graduate degree in science/ pharmacy/ biotechnology preferred● Ability to independently manage deliverables● 5 days work from office & 1 day work from home● Proficiency in spoken & written English languageWe offer● An innovative and open culture in a truly multicultural environment● An opportunity to make a fundamental impact on human health● Vibrant multidisciplinary scientific interaction and learning opportunity● A collaborative and solution-oriented environment where you can make a difference● Competitive salary and benefits
