The role involves handling salary processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity), reconciliation, and employee query management.Key Responsibilities :-- Oversight of the complete payroll cycle, from input validation to computation and disbursement.- Ensuring rigorous compliance with statutory laws and timely filing of returns.- Managing full & final settlements, bonus disbursements, and incentive processing.- Collaboration with the Finance team for salary payouts and audit-related needs.- Upholding the confidentiality of payroll MIS and reports.Requirements :-- Graduate / MBA (HR/Finance) with 5–10 years of solid payroll experience.- Proficiency in Excel, HRMS, and knowledge of compliance laws.- Demonstrated accuracy, integrity, and robust analytical skills.Don't miss out on the chance to :-- Handle monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).- Stay updated on labor laws and tax changes impacting payroll.- Offer support to employees regarding payslip queries, tax deductions, and reimbursements.- Aid in salary revisions, bonus allocations, and incentive processing.- Prepare and oversee payroll MIS, audit reports, and assist in audits.Key Skills & Competencies :-- Familiarity with various payroll systems (SAP, ADP, Spine, GreytHR, etc.).- Proficient in Excel and HRMS tools.- Understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, LWF, etc.).- Strong attention to detail and precision.- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
