The role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, data-driven planning, and strong execution across digital and offline channels.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning Develop and strengthen the brand identity, voice, and communication across all touchpoints. Build annual and quarterly brand plans that align with business goals. Identify new opportunities, trends, and consumer insights to drive brand growth.Campaign Management Lead 360° marketing campaigns—digital, offline, in-salon, influencer, PR, and events. Work closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics.Content & Communication Build brand narratives, storytelling frameworks, and content calendars. Ensure all creatives, posts, videos, and communication maintain brand consistency. Oversee social media strategy, engagement, and community building.Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with operations, product, retail, salon teams, and leadership to ensure brand alignment. Work closely with CRM teams to improve customer lifecycle metrics and retention. Support franchise and partner marketing requirements where needed. Performance & Analytics Track brand KPIs: awareness, engagement, sentiment, footfalls, conversion and campaign ROI. Conduct competitor benchmarking and report actionable insights. Prepare monthly brand performance reports for leadership.Events, Collaborations & PR Identify and execute high-impact collaborations that elevate brand perception. Plan and manage events, shoots, and influencer activations. Maintain relationships with media, PR teams, influencers, and brand partners.Requirements5–10 years of experience in brand management, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and consumer behaviour. Ability to think creatively while being data-driven. Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills. Experience working with agencies, designers, production teams, and influencers.
