We are looking for an experiencedProject Manager - Data Centerprofessional to support the delivery of large-scaledata center and mission-critical projects . The role will be responsible for planning, cost control, reporting, and performance monitoring across fast-track developments.Key Responsibilities Develop and manage integrated project schedules across all phases. Handle cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking. Monitor project progress, productivity, and earned value. Manage change control, variations, and delay analysis. Support risk identification and mitigation planning. Prepare monthly dashboards and management reports. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Key Requirements 8–14 yearsof experience inProject Controls / Planning & Cost Control . Experience ondata center, mission-critical, or large industrial projects . Strong working knowledge ofPrimavera P6 and MS Excel(Power BI is a plus). Good understanding ofFIDIC / EPC / Design & Build contracts . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Strong coordination and communication skills.
