You will work extensively withNode.js (Fastify), Python, Go, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server , building secure and high-performance applications supporting global deployments.This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys ownership, solving deep technical challenges, and building robust backend architecture in a fast-moving innovation-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. Develop microservices usingNode.js (Fastify) ,Python , andGo . Manage and optimize databases includingPostgreSQLandSQL Server . UsePrisma ORMfor schema management and efficient data operations. Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across applications. Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and Data Science teams. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions. Review code, set technical standards, and mentor junior engineers. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.Required Skills & Qualifications4+ years of backend development experience , preferably in high-scale systems. Strong expertise with: Node.js(Fastify) Python Go (Golang) Prisma ORM PostgreSQL & SQL Server Solid understanding ofSQL , relational databases, and system architecture. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.Preferred QualificationsCertifications in Node.js, Python, databases, or Cloud (AWS preferred). Experience withDocker , CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and distributed systems.
