We’re Hiring: Sr Product Manager GenAILocation: Bengaluru- 5 days onsiteEmployment Type: Full-timeImmediate joiners onlyWe are seeking a visionary and technically adept Senior Product Manager – GenAI to lead the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions within UPL’s digital transformation initiatives. This role demands deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, chatbot development, and strong stakeholder management capabilities. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of GenAI-powered platforms that enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and user experience across global business functions.Job Responsibilities:· GenAI Product Strategy & Execution Define and lead the roadmap for GenAI products including intelligent chatbots, RAG-powered knowledge systems, and AI-driven analytics platforms.· RAG & Chatbot Development Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable GenAI solutions using RAG frameworks and conversational AI, ensuring high relevance, accuracy, and user engagement.· Stakeholder Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, business leaders, and external partners to align product goals with enterprise needs.· Domain Integration Ensure seamless integration of GenAI capabilities into existing digital products such as Procurement Analytics, Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, and Supply Planning.· Customer-Centric Design Apply design thinking and user research to build intuitive, impactful AI products that solve real business problems and drive adoption.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:· Hands-on experience with RAG frameworks and LLM fine-tuning· Proven track record in chatbot development and conversational AI· Familiarity with GenAI tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, etc.· Product Management Experience· Minimum 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in product management
