The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in UiPath, Document Understanding, GenAI/ML capabilities, and integrating automation flows with enterprise applications and conversational AI systems.Key Responsibilities:RPA Design & Development- Build agentic, intelligent, and AI-driven automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Document Understanding, and AI Center. - Develop reusable workflows, components, and libraries using industry best practices. - AI, ML & Chatbot Integration - Integrate automation workflows with GenAI connectors, ML models, and AI services. - Develop and integrate chatbots (Dialogflow, UiPath Chatbots, Azure Bot Framework, or similar). - Connect bots with UiPath processes to trigger automation workflows via natural language inputs.System & Application Integration- Connect automations to APIs, databases, ERP/CRM systems, and cloud services. - Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations.Process Analysis & Documentation- Conduct process assessment, requirement analysis, and feasibility studies. - Prepare detailed PDD (Process Definition Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document). - Deployment, Monitoring & Support - Deploy RPA solutions through UiPath Orchestrator and manage queues, schedules, and assets. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize bots in test and production environments. - Ensure automation stability and high uptime. - Collaboration & Governance - Work closely with SMEs, business analysts, and cross-functional teams. - Follow coding standards, version control, and RPA governance frameworks.About IGT Solutions:IGT Solutions is a next-gen customer experience (CX) company, defining and delivering transformative experiences for the global and most innovative brands using digital technologies.
