Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to oversee the design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses. - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to dental technicians to enhance skills, improve techniques, and maintain production efficiency. - Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure clinical accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards. - Liaise with international clients to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure timely delivery of prosthetic products. - Assist in product development and implement process improvements to align with evolving dental technology trends. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical or production-related challenges in collaboration with the manufacturing team. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols. - Document and maintain detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for ongoing quality enhancement. - Prepare and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow and maintain consistent quality.Qualifications & Experience:- MDS in Prosthodontics. - 0–6 years of relevant experience in prosthodontics and dental manufacturing. - Strong technical expertise in Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge prostheses. - Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and modern dental manufacturing technology is a plus. - Excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to interact with international clients professionally and effectively. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
