We are looking for a Programmatic Media Specialist with strong hands-on experience in DV360 and a solid understanding of digital media planning, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full-funnel campaigns (Branding + Performance) and collaborating closely with clients to deliver data-driven, impactful media strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Management (DV360): - Set up, optimize, and monitor programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, YouTube, and other inventory sources using DV360. - Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals, maintaining pacing, targeting accuracy, and delivery performance. - Planning & Strategy: - Develop digital media plans and programmatic strategies based on client briefs, KPIs, and budgets. - Suggest optimal inventory, formats, targeting, and budget allocation. - Client Communication: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients for campaign updates, insights, and recommendations. - Present strategy decks, media plans, and performance reports effectively. - Cross-Platform Knowledge: - Work knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager for campaign planning, execution, and optimization. - Integrate learnings across platforms to deliver full-funnel media solutions. - Performance & Branding Campaigns: - Manage both awareness and lead/performance campaigns end-to-end. - Derive insights and recommendations from performance data to improve future campaigns. - Reporting & Analysis: - Create detailed performance reports and strategic PPTs with actionable insights. - Work closely with analytics and creative teams to optimize campaign outcomes. - Client Categories Exposure: - Should have experience managing campaigns across multiple industry verticals with medium to large budgets.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing DV360 campaigns (Display, Video, YouTube). - Strong understanding of programmatic media buying, targeting, and optimization techniques. - 4-5 Years Experience on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and overall paid media landscape. - Strong analytical and presentation skills (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience handling branding and performance campaigns. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
