We empower students from Grades 6 to 12+ through innovative, results-driven learning experiences.Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)As an Inside Sales Executive for the India market, you will play a key role in driving revenue by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the right learning programs from Infinity Learn.Key Responsibilities• Lead Generation & SalesReach out to potential customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into enrollments.• Consultative SellingUnderstand the academic goals of students and parents and offer personalized product recommendations.• Revenue GrowthAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strong pipeline management.• Customer Relationship ManagementBuild trust-based relationships with students and parents to improve satisfaction, retention, and referrals.• Negotiation & ClosingHandle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales confidently.Desired Skills & Competencies- Strong sales aptitude with a target-oriented approach - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Prior telesales/inside sales experience preferred - Familiarity with CRM tools - Self-motivated and able to work independentlyQualifications- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (EdTech or subscription-based services preferred) - Experience with K-12 or test-prep customers is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in any field - Fresher's also eligibleWorking Conditions- Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (IST) - Workdays: 6-day week (Monday fixed off) - Requirements: Personal laptopWhy Join Us?Join a dynamic, fast-paced team redefining education for students across India.
