Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Program Manager – Recruiting CloudLocation: Pune/Hyderabad / BangaloreEmployment Type: Full-TimeEmployment Type: FTE(P1)/ C2C (P2)Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Program Manager (TPM) specializing in Core HR , Payroll & Recruiting Cloud to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex HR technology initiatives. The TPM will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) projects—including enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and cross-functional process improvements—while serving as the strategic liaison between HR, IT, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.This role combines deep Oracle HCM/Recruiting Cloud expertise, technical understanding, and program leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions that support our global talent acquisition needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Leadership- Own and drive multi-phase programs related to Oracle Recruiting Cloud. - - Co-ordination between multiple stakeholders for program roadmaps, timelines, delivery milestones, and communication plans. - - Lead cross-functional teams including HR, technical development, QA, infrastructure, and external partners. - - Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.Technical & Integration Management- Work closely with technical teams on integrations between Recruiting Cloud and Core HR, ATS extensions, job boards, background checks, and third-party vendors. - - Review and validate integration designs, data flows, and API/REST usage. - - Coordinate defect triage, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution for ORC and cross-module issues.-Stakeholder Engagement- Partner with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition, and business units to understand needs and prioritize enhancements. - - Conduct requirement workshops, design reviews, and system walk-throughs. - - Provide clear project updates, status reports, and executive summaries.-Governance & Support- Manage testing cycles (SIT/UAT) including scripts, scenarios, testers, and sign-offs. - - Oversee change control, documentation, and compliance processes. - - Ensure ongoing production support, analyze incidents, and implement continuous improvements.-Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - - 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or HRIS leadership roles. - - 4+ years hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience, including implementation or production support. - - Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and HR business processes. - Strong expertise on handling JIRA - - Experience working with integrations (REST services, HCM Extracts, OIC, or similar tools). - - Proven track record managing cross-functional technical programs with multiple stakeholders. - - Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications- Oracle Cloud HCM Certification (Recruiting or Talent Management). - - Experience with large-scale global HR transformations. - - Background in Agile/Scrum or scaled agile environments. - - Understanding of data governance, security roles, and compliance (SOC, GDPR).-Success Indicators- Consistent, on-time delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud enhancements. - - Improved recruiter and hiring manager experience. - - Stable integrations and minimal production issues. - - High stakeholder satisfaction and clear program visibility. - - Effective coordination across HR, IT, and vendor partners.
