Job Title: Global SEO Manager – AHZLocation: Kochi, Kerala, IndiaJob Type: Full-Time (On-site)Department: Digital Marketing / Growth / SEO⸻Job SummaryAs the Global SEO Manager at AHZ, you will lead and shape the strategy that drives organic search performance across multiple markets. You’ll be responsible for developing a unified global SEO roadmap while aligning local execution with business goals, enhancing visibility, traffic, and conversions across digital platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration across cross-functionalKey ResponsibilitiesGlobal SEO Strategy• Develop, implement, and optimize global SEO strategies aligned with company objectives.• Lead international SEO efforts including multi-region, multi-language, and multi-domain optimization.• Define KPIs to measure organic search performance and growth globally.Technical & On-Page SEO• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and site audits.• Work with technical teams to fix technical SEO issues (site speed, crawlability, structured data, etc.).• Guide on-page SEO improvements (meta tags, content structure, internal linking).Content & Collaboration• Partner with content teams to embed SEO best practices in all digital content.• Coordinate with web developers to ensure SEO is integrated into site design and product features.Analytics & Reporting• Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.• Report insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.Cross-Channel Alignment• Work with social, paid media, and product teams to ensure SEO supports broader marketing goals.Training & Guidance• Coach and mentor junior SEO staff or external partners/agencies on SEO best practices.⸻Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or related field.• 5+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house), including international or large-scale SEO initiatives.• Proven experience managing global or multi-market SEO strategies.• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.⸻Technical Skills• Strong proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and basic HTML/CSS familiarity.• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to stakeholders.⸻Preferred Attributes• Experience working with enterprise or global brands.• Prior experience with multi-language SEO, hreflang implementation, or international domain strategies.• Excellent cross-team communication skills and project management ability.- • Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and generative optimization techniques is a plus.
