We want Business Analysts who:- Have actually written code / worked in software development earlier - Can talk comfortably with both developers and CXOs/clients - Can convert business problems into clear, implementable specs and then drive delivery end-to-endYou will work across AI/ML products (QMS, CRM, Dialer, Bots, Analytics, LMS) and client projects for India and international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring 3 BAs – typically:- 1–2 BAs focused on Products / New Builds - 1 BA focused on BAU / Existing ClientsBut all three need solid core BA skills.1. Discovery & Requirements- Work with founders, product owners and client stakeholders to understand business goals, current processes and pain points. - Translate discussions into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes and process maps (BPMN/flowcharts). - Ask the “how will this be built?” questions – think from architecture, API, data and integration angles.2. Solutioning with Tech & Product Teams- Work closely with engineering leads, architects, data & ML teams, QA and DevOps to shape feasible solutions. - Break requirements into sprints, epics and stories, maintain product backlogs and priorities. - Participate in estimation, technical discussions, design walkthroughs and impact analysis for change requests.3. Delivery, UAT & Go-Live- Own UAT planning and execution – test scenarios, test cases, data, defect triage, closure sign-off. - Conduct internal and client demos, showcase features, gather feedback and refine scope. - Ensure smooth roll-outs with proper documentation (release notes, user guides, training decks, SOPs).4. BAU / Client Success (for BAU-focused role)- Act as functional owner for assigned live clients / platforms. - Understand SLAs and regularly review incident/CR queues, priorities and root causes with tech and ops teams. - Proactively identify improvement opportunities (automation, reporting, UX, integrations) and convert them into structured CRs / mini-projects.5. Documentation, Governance & Communication- Maintain up-to-date artefacts: requirement docs, change logs, configuration documents, workflow and API specs. - Drive clarity and predictability: weekly status reports, RAID logs, dependencies and risks. - Communicate crisply with both senior management and end-users – written and verbal.Must-Have Experience & Background- Total experience: 4–8 years - Mandatory: Started career in software development / programming (e.g. Java, .NET, Node, Python, other backend; plus SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML etc.) and later moved into Business Analyst / Product / Functional Consultant roles. - Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile/Scrum – sprints, ceremonies, backlogs, releases. - Hands-on experience in at least one of: - Enterprise / B2B platforms (CRM, ERP, CX, workflow, analytics) - Data & Analytics / dashboards / reporting solutions - AI/ML, chatbots/voicebots, QMS, dialer or similar CX technologies (good to have).Tools & Techniques (preferred)- Work tracking: JIRA / Azure DevOps / similar - Modelling & UX: Figma / Balsamiq / Draw.io / Visio, BPMN / flow charts - Data & APIs: SQL, basic data profiling, ability to read API contracts (Swagger/Postman, REST). - Documentation: strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills – especially structured Word/Docs and PPTs.Soft Skills & Attributes- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – can simplify complexity. - Excellent communication – clear, concise English; comfortable presenting to clients and leadership. - High ownership and reliability – can independently manage threads without constant supervision. - Ability to handle multiple parallel workstreams in a structured manner (without creating chaos). - Positive, collaborative attitude – comfortable working with tech, ops and business teams.Reporting & Growth- Role reports into RMT Engineering leadership (Product/Delivery Heads) with visibility to Founders and CXOs of Radical Minds Group. - Opportunity to grow into Senior BA / Lead BA / Product Owner roles as platforms scale and the team expands.Education- B.Tech / B.E.
