Position Overview:The Product Manager -Technology will be part of the Accounting and Reporting Consulting service line of Uniqus. As the Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the product development team in the development and execution of product strategy, roadmap, and go-to market plans. This position will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translatebusiness requirements into actionable product features and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a passion for finance & risk automation along with a track record of having delivered successful product outcomes.Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in the development requirements and execution of the product roadmap for financial reporting tool, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.2. Work closely with the technology and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize productrequirements, considering factors such as client feedback, benchmarking/market research, andtechnical feasibility.3. Support the planning and execution of product launches and go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to drive successful product adoption.4. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the financial reporting technology landscape.5. Collaborate with engineering and development teams to define product specifications, provideinput on user experience design, UI and oversee the development process including involvementin preparation of Business Requirement Document and System Design Document.6. Monitor product performance and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.7. Assist in the development of product documentation, including user guides, pitch packs andtraining materials.8. Act as a subject matter expert on technology products, providing guidance and support to internal teams, clients, and partners.9. Conduct product demos and training sessions for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our technology products and providing guidance on best practices for implementation and usage.10. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, gathering feedback and requirements toinform product enhancements and customization opportunities.11. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client engagements, includingproduct demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.12. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to reporting and technology products.13. Support the leaders in mentoring and developing junior members of the product managementteam, fostering a culture of learning and growth.Qualifications:• Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in other market leading financialreporting tools like Workiva, Finalizer etc.• Strong understanding of accounting and regulatory reporting requirements• Proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes, from concept to launch andbeyond.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams.• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive productoptimization.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.• Passion for innovation and technology, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and bestpractices.Join us in shaping the future of technology and making a meaningful impact in industry.
