Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned respiratory/dermatology products, therapy areas, clinical data, and competitor landscape. Provide scientific support to sales teams and HCPs. Ensure compliance with medical, regulatory, and promotional guidelines. Market Implementation Support the execution of marketing plans and brand strategies at the field level. Conduct product demos, CMEs, workshops, and scientific meetings. Assist in identifying new market opportunities and unmet needs. Sales Support & Collaboration Work closely with the sales force to achieve brand targets. Conduct joint field work to reinforce messaging and improve HCP engagement. Provide product training, refreshers, and onboarding sessions to team members. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm preferred). 5–7 years of experience in pharma sales, product management, or medical affairs—preferably in respiratory or dermatology segments. Strong scientific aptitude and communication skills.
