The role involves configuration, customization, integration, and support across multiple SAP modules.EXP-3-10 YRSEducational Qualification : BE/ B Tech./MCA/GraduateKey Responsibilities:Work extensively on SAP S/4HANA system Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications across modules (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, PM). Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to align with business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration between modules and third-party systems. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT. Provide end-user training and create functional documentation and SOPs. Handle SAP PS developments and configurations. Support global SAP systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage tickets. Participate in release validation, bug analysis, and enhancements. Liaise with regional/local support teams and global process leaders for problem-solving.Required Skills & Expertise:Strong experience inSAP S/4HANA(mandatory). Expertise inSAP PSmodule and familiarity with MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, PM. Hands-on experience inconfiguration, customization, and integration . Knowledge oftesting processes(unit, integration, UAT). Ability to createfunctional documentation and SOPs . Experience inglobal support, ticket handling, and release management .
