Job Description – Territory Sales Officer (TSO) Industry:Footwear Vacancies:3 Locations:Ahmedabad, Bangalore , Chennai Position Territory Sales Officer (TSO) Employment Type On-roll Job Take Home Salary Up to₹40,000 per month CTC Up to₹50,000 per month Educational Qualification Any Graduate (Preferred: candidates with sales experience in footwear/FMCG/retail sectors) Experience Required Must have prior experience in the footwear industry Minimum 2–5 years of relevant field sales experience Strong retailer network anddeep market knowledgein assigned territory Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors Ensure product placement, visibility, and brand presence in the market Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct regular market visits for order booking, collection, and competitor tracking Identify potential new retailers and expand market coverage Provide sales reports and market insights to the management Coordinate with supply chain and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and stock availability Skills Required Strong communication skills Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities Sound understanding of footwear retail and distribution channels Willingness for intensive field travel Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Industry Footwear Retail FMCG or related consumer product industries
