Build the Professional Standard Create and enforce clear policies (Attendance, Code of Conduct, Deliverables, Communication). Ensure that standards are met by everyone, no exceptions. 2. Hire the "Dream Team" Move beyond standard hiring. Identify candidates with ambition, hunger, and curiosity. Filter out "average" mindset; hire potential leaders who want to grow. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on quality over quantity. 3. Grow & Retain Talent Implement structured Performance Reviews (KPIs & KRAs). Mentor our young, dynamic workforce to help them mature professionally.
