This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where your work will directly influence how customers perceive us, how quickly they activate, and how confidently they scale with our platform.As a developer-focused, product-led startup, design is not an after thought — it is the product experience. Developers form opinions in seconds based on clarity, polish, and usability. Your craft will meaningfully impact conversion, adoption, trust, and long-term growth.What You’ll Own?- Design intuitive product flows and interfaces that simplify complex technical features - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI core product surfaces - Redesign and evolve the website & landing pages for clarity, trust, and PLG-driven conversion - Build and maintain our design system, visual guidelines, and overall brand language - Craft marketing assets for newsletters, social media posts, case studies, decks - Conduct quick user research and usability testing to inform design decisions - Ensure a cohesive, developer-friendly design language across product and brand - Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering to ship high-quality experiencesYou'll thrive here if you are:- A designer who loves simplifying complex systems into beautiful, intuitive experiences - Someone who enjoys working closely with founders and influencing the product direction - Comfortable with high ownership, fast iteration, and direct customer impact - Deeply user-centered, especially attuned to how developers evaluate products - Excited about product UI, website design, and high-quality brand storytellingRequirements:- 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience (SaaS, DevTools, B2B preferred) - Strong portfolio showcasing product UI, flows, web design, and design systems - Proficiency in Figma & Webflow - Advanced knowledge of design principles such as composition, layouts, visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography - First principle thinking and research oriented - you can ideate, learn from the team and external material to innovate - Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment - Extremely high ownership who can get work done - Bonus: Experience in designing animationWhy this role is high Impact?- You will define the design DNA of a category-defining product - Your work will directly influence signups, activation, developer trust, and retention - You will shape how thousands of developers experience our platform - You’ll work at the intersection of product, brand, and growth, sitting close to the founders - You’ll be part of core team - you will receive a competitive salary and ESOPs for your contribution
